The teams competing in the sixth China (Jinan) New Growth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition visited Gangcheng District for an insightful exchange, delving into the district's technological innovation, talent cultivation, and urban development. This visit provided them with a firsthand experience of the robust atmosphere fostering high-quality industrial development in Gangcheng District. Fourteen teams from diverse fields participated in this enlightening event, including big data, next-generation information technology, intelligent manufacturing, high-end equipment, modern agriculture, low-carbon environmental protection, refined steel, and advanced materials.

At the Shandong Future Livestock and Poultry Industry National Modern Agricultural Industrial Park, the teams received a detailed introduction to the park's profile and project progress.

Upon learning that the park focuses on technological research and innovation, striving to create a modern national industrial park with innovation leadership, intensive elements, industrial clustering, complete chains, efficient operation, and deep integration of the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries through the construction of the Gene Editing Breeding Center, Animal Welfare Zone, Deep Processing Zone, and Seed Breeding Zone, the visiting teams expressed admiration. They believed that the park's emphasis on cutting-edge technology and its research directions showcased promising development models.

Jinlei Technology Co., Ltd., a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of wind turbine main shafts, hosted the teams in its exhibition hall and wind power equipment processing workshop. The groups gained insights into the company's product innovation, performance, and research and development talent.

Professor Jie Wei, Chairman of Xici (Shandong) New Materials Co., Ltd., registered in Gangcheng District on November 3, expressed, "Choosing to establish roots in Gangcheng is primarily due to the solid industrial foundation and talent advantages here. We hope that, through our unremitting efforts, we can also follow in the footsteps of Jinlei Technology to go international."

At the Aishan Urban Renewal Exhibition Hall, the teams explored exhibits and received detailed explanations, gaining in-depth insights into Gangcheng District's development plans, urban development, and talent policies. Gangcheng District places high importance on talent work, providing ample room for talent development and solid support for innovation and entrepreneurship. The visiting teams praised Gangcheng District for its favorable trend of high-quality development in industrial, talent, and urban sectors and commended the district's vibrant efforts in progressing forward.
